Kulfi was born in India during the Mughal Dynasty inspired by the Mughals Rulers who came from Ancient Persia & Arabic origin. These delicious Cold & Frozen Desserts originated in the Mughal Empire around 16th century. During the Mughal period in India, more Desserts originated with many different kind of dry fruits, pistachio, saffron & packed with rare, rich & nourishing ingredients, resulting in the invention of Kulfi & many other delicious traditional desserts that we now sell at Rocket Kulfi in the same old fashion. In the book (Ain-i-Akbari) from King Akbar’s era, a detailed record of the Mughal emperor Akbar's administration mentions the consumption of these Delicious, Mouth watering desserts after meals on every occasion big or small & have been very close to the heart of both Royals & Commoners during that time. Rocket Kulfi brings the same richness, taste, ingredients which have been restored by Traditional Chef Harbir Singh & loved by all.
